We process your personal data because it is required to carry out the contract concluded with you, including:

• enabling the provision of electronic services and full use of the online store, including making payments;
• setting up and managing your account or accounts, and providing support for your account, transactions and solving technical problems;
• handling complaints on, if/when you submit such a complaint;
• handling requests that you send to us (e.g. via the contact form);
• contacting you for purposes related to the services we provide.

If you agree, we will use your personal information to:

• store data in cookie files, collect data from websites and mobile applications;
• organise contests and advertising activities in which you can participate.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, in the same way that you gave it. We will continue to process your personal information until you withdraw your consent.

Do you have to provide us with your personal information?

We require you to provide the following personal data in order to be able to conclude the contract, and thus provide you with the service:

• e-mail address, full name and surname, address, phone number (personal account);
• e-mail address, phone number, and information about the business and its location (business account).

If, for some reason, you do not provide this personal data, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you, therefore you will not be able to use the online store. Providing data is completely voluntary.

Who do we share your personal information with?

We disclose your personal information to the parties involved in the transactions you conduct on, as well as entities that assist us in the provision of electronic services, such as those that provide payment services, support sales, collaborate in marketing campaigns, and a courier company. We may share your personal data with public authorities fighting against fraud and abuse.

How long do we store your personal information?

We store your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with you, as well as after its termination for the purposes of:

• pursuing claims in connection with the execution of the contract;
• performance of obligations under the law, in particular tax and accounting;
• preventing fraud and abuse;
• statistical and archiving purposes.

We keep your information for a maximum of 10 years from the date of completion of the agreement. We store personal data for marketing purposes for the duration of the contract or until you object to such processing, whichever occurs first.

Do we process your personal information in a way that violates your rights?

Your personal data will be handled automatically (including through profiling), but it will have no legal consequences for you or otherwise affect your situation. Personal data profiling by entails processing your data in order to evaluate some information about you, mainly to analyse or forecast personal preferences and interests.

Cookies Policy.

  1. The store does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.

  2. Cookies are IT data, specifically text files, that are kept in the end device of the Store User and are used to access the store’s websites. Cookies often include the name of the Website from which they came, the moment they were stored on the end device, and a unique number.

  3. The Store Operator is the entity that places and accesses cookies on the Store User’s end device.

  4. Cookies are used for:
    • tailoring the content of the store’s websites to the User’s preferences and improving Website use; in particular, these files allow the Store User’s device to be recognised, and the Website adapted to their unique needs and to be properly displayed;
    • producing statistics that aid in understanding how the Store Users use websites, allowing to improve their structure and content.

  5. The Store uses two basic types of cookies: session and persistent. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until they exit the Website or switch off the software (web browser). Permanent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

  6. The Store uses the following types of cookies:
    • “strictly necessary” cookies, which enable the use of services offered in the Store, such as authentication cookies used for services that require authentication within the Store;
    • cookies used to ensure security, such as detecting fraud in the field of authentication within the Store;
    • “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on how the Users interact with the Store’s websites;
    • “functional” cookies, which enable “remembering” the User’s settings and personalising the User’s interface, e.g. User’s preferred language or region of origin, font size, website appearance, etc.;
    • “advertising and targeting” cookies enable the delivery of advertising content to the Users that is more relevant and tailored to their interests.

  7. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. Store Users may change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed, in particular to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or inform about them each time they are pl aced on the Store User’s device. Detailed information on the possibilities and ways of handling cookies are available in the software (web browser) settings.

  8. The Store Operator informs that cookie restrictions may have an impact on some of the features provided on the Store’s websites.

  9. Cookies placed on the Store User’s end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Store operator.
