ABOUT TODORO
Q: Who and what is Todoro?
A: We are a small brand owned by siblings, Paweł and Ola. We work with a small group of amazing people, and together we make, package and ship your jewelry, respond to your e-mails, run our social media platforms, and hopefully, spread our love and passion for jewelry. Q: What is your jewelry made of?
A: We make all our pieces by hand using gold, silver, and natural precious and semi-precious stones.
Q: Do you make custom jewelry?
A: Yes, we love to help your jewelry dreams come true. To order a custom piece, please contact us via e-mail or (better) in person.
Q: Do you hold jewelry making workshops?
A: We plan on doing so in the near future. To stay up to date please, follow us on instagram and facebook, where we will share all info regarding future workshops.
Q: Are you open to collaborations and partnerships?
A: Yes. For collaborations and partnerships please contact us via e-mail or in person.
RETURNS AND
EXCHANGES
Q: Can I return a product I bought in your shop?
A: We don’t accept returns, but we’ll be more than happy to help you pick something else you will like in exchange.
Q: Can I exchange a product I bought in your shop?
A: Of course. Visit our shop and pick something that just screams you. We’re sure you’ll be able to find a piece you love.
Q: I damaged my jewelry, what now?
A: Bring it to our shop and we’ll do our best to fix it and make it look brand new. In most cases the damage is really not that bad, and the repair doesn’t take too long.
Q: Can I buy a ring in whatever size you have available and come back to resize it later?
A: Yes, if you need it for right now. However, if you have more time, we recommend providing the right size when ordering a ring.
Q: How can I check my ring size?
A: If you don’t know your ring size you can get a ring sizer to help you measure it at home. Or you can visit our shop where we can measure it together!
Q: Do you buy gold and silver?
A: We do! Ask for current prices in our shop on Krakowska 6.
Q: Can I bring my own gold/silver to your shop so you can make jewelry out of it?
A: Yes, although we usually do it as an exchange of material. We buy the gold/silver you brought and subtract that amount from the final price of the piece you order, and use our own materials for your order. However, if you’d really want us to only use the gold/silver you brought, we can do that too – let us know beforehand so we can talk about the details before you place your order.

ORDERS
Q: When will you ship my order?
A: Online orders depend on what we have in stock. If the product you ordered is in stock, we’ll ship it the next day, if it’s not we’ll have to make it from scratch, which can take up to three weeks.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping within Poland can take up to three business days. If you’d like us to ship your order via InPost please let us know in the notes section when ordering. Shipping to other European countries takes up to seven business days and everywhere else in the World up to fourteen business days.
Q: Do you make silver pieces in gold as well (and vice versa)?
A: Yes, for some of our products online you can pick whether you want them in silver or gold. If the option is not there please contact us individually. For us (almost) everything is possible.
Q: What about stones? Can I pick different ones too?
A: Absolutely. Again, if the option to pick a different stone is not available, please contact us individually.
